DSL has an independent property database that records the most relevant rental transaction data. We are particularly familiar with the rental valuation of local shops and can accurately assess the rental value of the property for clients in a short amount of time. In addition, we actively assist clients to enhance rental return of their properties and have represented owners of shops in handling the renewal of rental arrangements.
